Frequently Asked Questions
from job posters
Q. How do we pay students? A. The Posted! app enables you to automatically pay a worker without any paperwork. In order to post a job, your organization must have a credit card on file. On the day of the job, a member of your staff will check the student in and out via the app. Upon checkout, the app will calculate how much the student earned based on the time spent at the job. When both your staff member and the student confirm that the payment is correct, the app will automatically charge your credit card and transfer the money to the student’s account. All of our payment processing is done through Stripe, an industry leader and trusted processor.

Q. What about training? Some of our jobs require prior knowledge of our operations. How does the app address that? A. The Posted! app enables your organization to post a training sessions, then limit sign ups for related jobs to workers who have attended the training sessions. This is done via our Badge System. For example, if you want students to know how to work a guest services job, you can post a “Guest Services Training Session”. Students who attend the training session will earn the ‘Guest Services’ badge. Then, when posting a Guest Services job in the future, you can choose to only allow students with the ‘Guest Services’ badge to sign up.
